Rockstar provides property-search assistance, rental inquiries, showing coordination, and related customer support. Property availability, pricing, descriptions, and rental requirements may change. Using our website or contacting us does not guarantee property availability, application approval, or a rental agreement.

2. Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate contact information and submit inquiries only on your own behalf or with appropriate authorization. You must not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

3. SMS Messaging Program

When you expressly opt in, Rockstar may send SMS or MMS messages related to the program you selected, including property inquiries, requested property matches, showing confirmations and reminders, application follow-ups, and customer support.

If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send promotional property alerts and service offers. We will not send marketing messages solely because you provided a phone number or requested assistance.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, preferences, and participation in the messaging program. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services, submitting a property inquiry, or receiving non-SMS assistance. Providing a phone number or accepting these Terms alone does not constitute SMS marketing consent.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from our SMS program to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. After that confirmation, we will stop sending messages through that program unless you provide new consent.

You may also contact us using the support details below to request removal from the messaging program. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an appointment, application, or other service request.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Rockstar Property Group SMS messaging program. This requirement applies only to SMS enrollment and does not establish eligibility for housing or other services.

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our messaging program is not an emergency service.
